Terms of Service
WebSeal Applications
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any internal applications, scripts, or automation tools developed under the brand WebSeal (including but not limited to the "PageFlow" application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing our software.
2. Nature of the Software
WebSeal applications (including PageFlow) are custom, privately developed internal tools designed for specific business automation, data processing, and content management tasks. They are not commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products available for public consumer registration or use.
3. Restricted Access and Usage
Access to these applications is strictly limited to the developer, owner, or explicitly authorized internal personnel.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application’s backend, server environments, or databases.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the architecture of the application.
- You may not use the application to facilitate any public registrations or offer its functionality to third parties as a service.
4. Third-Party Integrations and Meta Graph API
WebSeal applications may integrate with third-party platforms via Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). Specifically, the PageFlow application interacts with the Meta (Facebook) Graph API to automate content publishing.
- When using our software to interact with Meta platforms, the user must comply fully with Meta’s Terms of Service and Meta’s Platform Terms.
- The application acts only as a conduit for automation; the user is entirely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of the content published via the application.
- WebSeal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
Even within a private or internal environment, the software must not be used to:
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or automated content that violates the community standards of third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook).
- Distribute viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
- Engage in any illegal activities or violate any regional, national, or international laws.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, design elements, algorithms, and architecture associated with WebSeal applications and PageFlow remain the sole intellectual property of the independent developer operating as WebSeal.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is" Clause)
The software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or that it will continuously operate without disruptions, especially regarding dependencies on third-party APIs (like Meta) which may change their technical requirements at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer or the WebSeal brand be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to third-party accounts (e.g., restricted Facebook Pages due to API misuse), or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in the technical architecture, new software additions, or external API policy updates. The date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent version.
