1. Who we are

WebSeal provides software tools for content creation, automation, scheduling, publishing workflows, and related digital services.

CasanovaAI is a WebSeal application designed to help users create, organize, generate, schedule, and manage social media content, including content intended for connected Facebook Pages.

2. Scope of the services

WebSeal services may include:

• 

  content creation and editing tools
• 

  campaign and folder management
• 

  social media content scheduling
• 

  AI-assisted text, image, or video generation
• 

  prompt management
• 

  Facebook Login integration
• 

  Facebook Page connection and management
• 

  content publishing workflows through Meta/Facebook APIs
• 

  analytics, status, queue, or publishing history features, where available

Some features may be experimental, limited, disabled, or available only to selected users.

3. Accounts and access

To use some features, you may need an account. You are responsible for:

• 

  providing accurate account information
• 

  keeping your login credentials secure
• 

  maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• 

  all activity that happens through your account
• 

  immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, violates these Terms, violates platform rules, or creates risk for WebSeal, users, Meta/Facebook, or third parties.

4. Meta/Facebook integrations

CasanovaAI and related WebSeal applications may allow users to connect Facebook accounts and Facebook Pages through Meta/Facebook Login and the Meta Graph API.

By connecting a Facebook account or Facebook Page, you confirm that:

• 

  you have the necessary rights and authority to connect that account or Page
• 

  you are allowed to manage or publish content for the selected Page
• 

  you authorize WebSeal to use the permissions you grant through Meta/Facebook Login
• 

  you understand that Meta may apply its own terms, policies, permissions, and review requirements

WebSeal may use Meta/Facebook permissions only to provide requested functionality, such as listing Pages, displaying connected Pages, preparing publishing workflows, or publishing content to selected Pages.

5. Facebook Page access tokens

To manage or publish content on a connected Facebook Page, WebSeal may store Page access tokens received through Meta authorization.

You agree that WebSeal may use those tokens only to perform actions you request or configure, such as:

• 

  listing connected Pages
• 

  showing Page information
• 

  preparing publishing workflows
• 

  publishing content to a selected Page
• 

  displaying publishing status or errors
• 

  supporting retry, audit, or operational workflows

You may revoke access through your Facebook account settings or disconnect integrations where the application provides that option. Some features may stop working after access is revoked.

6. User content

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, generate, schedule, publish, or manage through WebSeal or CasanovaAI.

User content may include:

• 

  captions
• 

  prompts
• 

  drafts
• 

  images
• 

  videos
• 

  links
• 

  media references
• 

  campaign or folder settings
• 

  scheduled posts
• 

  published posts
• 

  metadata related to publishing activity

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use, upload, generate, schedule, or publish your content through our services.

You must not use WebSeal or CasanovaAI to create, upload, schedule, or publish content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, Meta/Facebook rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or these Terms.

7. AI-generated content

CasanovaAI and related WebSeal tools may include AI-assisted features for generating or transforming text, images, video concepts, captions, prompts, or other content.

You understand and agree that:

• 

  AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable
• 

  you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or publishing it
• 

  AI output does not guarantee legal, regulatory, advertising, platform, or brand compliance
• 

  you must verify that generated content is appropriate for your intended use
• 

  you remain responsible for any content you publish or distribute

WebSeal does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, error-free, or free from third-party claims.

8. Publishing and scheduling

If publishing features are enabled, WebSeal may allow you to schedule or publish content to connected Facebook Pages or other supported channels.

You are responsible for:

• 

  selecting the correct Page or channel
• 

  reviewing content before publishing
• 

  ensuring scheduled times are correct
• 

  ensuring you have rights to publish the content
• 

  complying with Meta/Facebook rules and applicable law
• 

  monitoring published content and removing or correcting it when necessary

WebSeal does not guarantee that scheduled or published content will always be delivered successfully. Publishing may fail or be delayed due to API errors, permission issues, expired tokens, platform outages, network issues, rate limits, account restrictions, or other causes outside our control.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse WebSeal or CasanovaAI. You must not:

• 

  violate applicable laws or regulations
• 

  infringe intellectual property rights
• 

  violate privacy or publicity rights
• 

  publish deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, hateful, or illegal content
• 

  upload malware or harmful code
• 

  attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• 

  interfere with service operation or security
• 

  reverse engineer protected parts of the service
• 

  abuse APIs or automated systems
• 

  use the service to spam, manipulate engagement, or bypass platform rules
• 

  use connected Meta/Facebook integrations in violation of Meta’s policies

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused.

10. Third-party services

WebSeal may rely on third-party services, including hosting providers, infrastructure providers, analytics or logging tools, AI generation providers, payment providers where applicable, and Meta/Facebook APIs.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. WebSeal is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions, or decisions made by those third parties.

Meta/Facebook may change API behavior, permissions, review requirements, rate limits, or platform policies. Such changes may affect the availability or behavior of WebSeal features.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data, including data related to Meta/Facebook Login, Facebook Pages, Page access tokens, AI generation, and publishing workflows.

12. Data deletion and disconnecting integrations

You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you connected a Facebook account or Facebook Page, you may also remove the app from your Facebook settings. Removing access may prevent WebSeal from listing Pages, managing Page connections, or publishing content.

Where technically and legally possible, we will delete or disconnect Meta-related data after a valid deletion request, including associated identifiers, Page connection data, and stored Page access tokens.

13. Fees and paid features

Some WebSeal or CasanovaAI features may be free, paid, limited, invite-only, or subject to separate commercial terms.

If paid features are introduced or enabled, pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund rules may be provided separately or through the applicable checkout/payment flow.

We may change or discontinue free, beta, or experimental features at any time.

14. Beta, experimental, and unavailable features

Some features may be marked as beta, experimental, disabled, “coming soon,” or “backend pending.”

Such features may be incomplete, unavailable, unstable, or subject to change. They should not be treated as guaranteed production functionality until explicitly released.

Frontend placeholders or disabled controls do not guarantee that a feature is available or included in your plan.

15. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always available operation.

Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, security incidents, API outages, third-party service interruptions, Meta/Facebook platform issues, or other events outside our control.

16. Intellectual property

WebSeal and its software, design, branding, text, logos, visual elements, workflows, and underlying technology are owned by WebSeal or its licensors, except for user content and third-party materials.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms or by written permission.

You retain rights to your own content, subject to the licenses needed for WebSeal to operate the service.

17. License to operate the service

By submitting, uploading, generating, scheduling, or publishing content through WebSeal or CasanovaAI, you grant WebSeal a limited license to process, store, display, transmit, generate, transform, and publish that content only as necessary to provide the requested service.

This license is limited to operating, securing, improving, and supporting the service and does not transfer ownership of your content to WebSeal.

18. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSeal disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.

WebSeal does not guarantee that:

• 

  AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable
• 

  publishing will always succeed
• 

  third-party APIs will remain available
• 

  Meta/Facebook permissions will remain unchanged
• 

  the service will meet all business, legal, regulatory, advertising, or platform compliance needs

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSeal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, reputational harm, failed publications, platform restrictions, or third-party claims.

WebSeal’s total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount paid by you to WebSeal for the relevant service during the period allowed by applicable law, or, if no amount was paid, to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

20. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• 

  you violate these Terms
• 

  you misuse the service
• 

  your use creates risk for WebSeal, users, Meta/Facebook, or third parties
• 

  we are required to do so by law or platform policy
• 

  the service or feature is discontinued

After termination, some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.

Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
