WebSeal Applications
Last updated: May 2026
1. About the Developer
WebSeal applications are created and operated by an independent developer acting under the brand WebSeal (webseal.eu). This Privacy Policy governs all internal software produced under this brand, including but not limited to the "PageFlow" application. These are primarily internal automation and business tools, not registered company products for public consumer use. For any questions, contact: websealteam@gmail.com
2. What Data Is Collected
WebSeal applications are private tools without public user registration. They process only the absolute minimum configuration data required to function. Depending on the specific application, this may include:
- Third-Party API Access Tokens (e.g., Meta Graph API) – provided manually by the developer/owner to authenticate and integrate with external services.
- Platform-specific IDs – used to identify owned pages, accounts, or resources where automated actions should be executed.
- Local files and media – accessed via local secure environments or designated server folders strictly for processing or publishing content. No media is uploaded or submitted by external public users.
The applications do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, location data, or any personal information from the general public.
3. How Data Is Used
All collected data is used strictly for the core functionality of the respective application (such as executing automated tasks, data processing, or interacting with third-party APIs like Meta). No data is used for internal analytics, advertising, profiling, or any secondary purposes.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- Sensitive configuration data, such as API access tokens, is securely isolated in environment variables (.env files) or secure secret managers at the server level. They are entirely isolated from public access and are not stored in any public-facing external database.
- Processed files are managed securely on the server and are not synchronized with unauthorized external cloud storage databases.
- No personal data from external users is stored, logged, or retained in any form.
5. Third-Party Sharing
Data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties. WebSeal applications only communicate with necessary external services (such as the Meta Graph API or other integrated platforms) purely to execute required technical actions. The respective privacy policies of those third-party services apply to those interactions.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Because these are private applications that do not collect data from external users, no external user data is processed. However, under GDPR regulations, anyone interacting directly with WebSeal has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of their data. To make any inquiry, contact: websealteam@gmail.com
7. User Data Deletion Instructions
Since WebSeal applications do not collect or store personal data from external users, there is no public user account database to delete records from. If an application is authorized to interact with your third-party accounts (e.g., Facebook), you can completely revoke this authorization at any time via the security and integration settings of that specific platform. You may also email us at websealteam@gmail.com to request the manual deletion of any specific tokens or configurations stored on our servers.
8. Who These Applications Are For
WebSeal applications are primarily internal, private automation and business tools intended exclusively for authorized use. They do not feature public user interfaces for the general population, do not offer third-party login functionality for external users, and are not marketed to the general public.
9. Cookies and Tracking
WebSeal applications do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools, or any form of covert tracking.
10. Security
All external communication between our applications and third-party APIs is carried out over encrypted HTTPS protocols. Internal access tokens and configurations are strictly isolated and never exposed to the client side.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect new applications or technical changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
